How to Print on Envelopes

How to Print on Envelopes for MS Word 2003:
1.    Start MS Word
2.    Click on the Tools menu across the top, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels…
3.    Enter your Delivery address and Return address
4.    Click on the Preview envelope at the bottom right
5.    Ensure you have the right Envelope size selected at the top
6.    Click the Print Options
7.    Confirm you have your envelope inserted correctly by matching it to the the “tiny” icon on your printer  (I suggest the far right option).
8.    Click OK
9.    Click Print…  Done!

Continue Editing:
The above steps will print the envelope immediately.  However, you can alternatively skip the Print button and click Add to Document instead for additional options.  For example, you can change the font to bold or move items around.

When you are ready to print, don’t click the print button.  Instead…
1.    Click on the File menu
2.    Click Print
3.    Click Current page to only print the envelope instead of the additional blank page below.
4.    Click OK

3.    Click Envelopes on the left
4.    Enter your Delivery address and Return address
