		<description>That’s a good one.  We use Carbonite now but we used to back up to an external zip drive and one day I was up front at the end of the day while the staff was doing a backup and noticed that it failed.  Undaunted they went right on and close down.  When I asked about it they said, “oh yeah, it hasn’t let me back-up for weeks…I don’t know what’s wrong with it!!!!”  After I regained consciousness, I fixed the problem and had an immediate staff meeting about the need for backups.

I really do enjoy these tips.  I’ve learned several useful things that I didn’t know.</description>
