Also, I’ve been hoping for a long time to share my own “around the house” tip but it wouldn’t fit anywhere else.  Use Vaseline on door hinges to stop a squeaky door. I tried everything I could find: WD-40, synthetic lube FOR hinges, nothing stopped it.  Vaseline has worked perfect now for months.
